CTVBT is a passion project to encourage competitive volleyball during / after college. Many volleyball players after high school, college, and club end up yearning to play more however the level of open gym varies from town to town and state to state. Our goal is to convince organizers and open gym hosts to adopt our Yankee rating system so players can better understand where they fall so everyone can have a good time. By playing pickup of the same levels, it breeds better competition.
